We can provide advice via email or phone to determine if there is a simple fix or if a service technician would need to attend. Our mobile team is available to come to site to provide expert advice and installation including the latest technology and automation to make stress free pool and spa ownership.
The service department also stocks a range of quality pumping and filtration equipment, heat pump options and genuine spare parts. Whether you have a leak, noisy pump, broken filter handle, need a new cover or are wanting to upgrade your pool for heating or automation options, we have you covered! Paremata Spa & Pool can also repair pumps in store when provided by the customer. Don’t forget we also have free in store water testing so bring a water sample to store and we can help you with the water chemistry.
Service costs:
Call Out Fee: $96
Vehicle Charge: $23 minimum charge (includes first 30km). Anything beyond a 30km radius from our store will be charged at $1/km.
Hourly Charge: $90 per hour (charged in 15 minute intervals ie: $22.50 every 15 minutes)
